UC Build have recently started works on site for the Newhall Road ware-house, which comprises of the development of a single storey production/warehouse building with first and second floor offices and associated sup-port areas, car parking, service yard and landscaping.
The current scope of works involves ‘Shell and Core’ construction that meet current regulations and statutory legislation. Groundworks are currently underway, with works running to programme.
