Over a 5 week shutdown, UC Build carried out a full strip out and refurbishment of Waitrose’s Key store in North London on Finchley Road. This project is truly Fastrack in every aspect delivering high quality in every aspect. The stores new concepts in Meat Fish, Sushi, Fresh Fruit and Veg, are dazzling with new click and collect and online delivery concepts.
Phased redevelopment of the flagship Kings road store in Chelsea, the project took place over 3 years while the developer created the new store space. In this time UCB created a temporary store and then formed the entire new store with all the latest finishes and service counters
